Faux Patina

I made another Faux Patina background (Compendium of Curiosities 2, Faux Patina, page 58, the challenge this week on Studio L3) and I also tried it on a steampunk ornament.

On Studio L3 challenges are techniques from Tim's book Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2.
The 2nd challenge is about the technique Faux Patina.
I created a background following the description on page 58.
Stampes used are from Stampotique and A Capella, the words are from Idea-ology stickers.

SDC53 - Artist Trading Card

Stampotique Designers Challenge #53 is about ATC's.
I created a background with alcohol inks, stamped Mr.Stripes & Wee Owl, finished with a part of the tree and some words of the phrase. Added eyelets and matted on a piece of black cardstock.

GC141 Crackled

Challenge GC 141 on Gingersnap Creations, theme:  Granny's Photo Album.

CG140 Citrus & Bottle

Challenge GC140 (Gingersnap Creations) theme: 2 colors only.
I used Adirondack colors Citrus & Bottle. Brayered both colors ink to create the background and then used Bottle to stamp the images and Citrus for the 'sun'.

SDC 49

For SDC 49 (Stampotique Designers Challenge), theme Purple/Pink with Black.
The background is done with alcohol ink (Cool Peri & Purple Twilight) on glossy cardstock. The text is done with rub-ons.
