That was a real challenge, Arwen !
But to my surprise I am quite pleased with the result..........

ATC shaving cream background

Made for Lost Coast Challenge #12: ATC

I made a background with shaving cream and Distress re-inkers.
Cut into atc size pieces.
Stamped very lightly the forest background not to disturb the colorful background, and at the front my favorite birdie :-)

Stoere jongen

Voor AJC #57: gebruik stempels van één Art Journey sheet of max 2 losse stempels.

Ik heb -zoals gezien op het Art Specially Event -  Dylusions inkt (After Midnght & Vibrant Turquoise) op het craftsheet gesprayed en daar de stempel van de stoere jongen mee beïnkt.

Wel een paar keer afgedrukt voordat de print er goed uit kwam te zien, het was nogal aan de natte kant, tja, alles moet leren :-)

Lost in the maze

Stampotique Designers Challenge SDC194 : Stencils

Dropped several colours distress re-inker in some shaving cream  and wiped it through a stencil onto the paper.
Then gently wiped off the excess shaving cream.
Actually you should dab off the excess instead of wiping to avoid smearing, but I am as usual not patient enough :-)
But this one I think turned out quite nicely.

I first coloured & stamped the image with crimson brusho and a wet brush, let it dry, then stamped over it with archival black.

Stampotique Designers Challenge SDC 193 is Polka Dots.

I used a stencil, distress markers and an airbrush to create the polka dots leaf.
Then stamped one of my new stamps, love those dogs !

Made for Stampotique Designers Challenge SDC189: Unusually shaped card.

Seek Paradise

Made for Viva Las Vegastamps April Challenge.

Started with cellotape and a dictionary.
Then took a little bit purple Brusho, spritzed some water over and let dry.
Then sponged with archival magenta hue and distress dusty concord.
Stamped the images with archival black, and sponged some dusty concord on the bottom.
It looks like the tiny stars were glued on, but they are punched out before I glued the card on a white piece of cardstock (doesn't look white on the scan though).
Then I matted it all on purple cardstock.

Maak iets zonder zwart te gebruiken, zowel in het stempelwerk als in het papier.

Ik heb voor de achtergrond Paint Dabbers Lettuce en Stream gebruikt en wat accenten aangebracht met een gold pen en witte gesso.
Gestempeld met Stazon Timber Brown.

This is my take on Tim's 12 tags of 2015 - march

Really loved creating this one.
I used white gesso with the stencil since I don't have texture paste.
Only have 3 colours of distress paint at this moment, but surely will get me some more !

My take on Tim's Tag 2015 February

This was fun !
I don't have the picket fence paint, but I used the stain and the marker.
That worked for me.
Instead of glue n' seal I used gel medium matt.

This year I hope being able to try them every month.

This my try on january tag.
Didn't have all the supplies ofcourse, but it is a challenge to use what you have in stock.
I wrinkled tissuetape, distress paints, distress stains in a mini mister with some water for the background.
Painted black gesso through a stencil for the 5 and covered with glossy accents and glitters.
Used rub-ons and a Sakura Gold pen-touch for the letters.
With a brush I spattered white gesso and for the gold accents I used the Sakura pen.

Music was my first love

My inspiration came from circles, dots, music notes, blue.

Gesso

November challenge Katzelkraft - gesso -.

I made a journalpage.

Put a few colours of paint on the page and swiped white gesso over it in a thin layer.
Stamped the wall with black gesso & the cats with archival black ink.
Then added accents with various bottle lids using paint and white&black gesso.
Swiped white gesso through a stencil.
Butterflies are done with  paint through stencil.
'Cats are intended to teach us that not everything in nature has a purpose'.
