SDC 137 Textured Backgrounds

Stampotique Designers Challenge #137 : Textured Backgrounds.

Tore off some pieces of purple sticky tape (the one painters use), put it on cardstock and went over it with a wash of white acrylic paint.
Used green/blue acrylic paint over a stencil.
Stamped the hands and finished with some brads.

Background is done with Crackle Paint and DistressInks.
Stamped on acetate and turned the sheet so she looks the other way.
Doodled with a bottle AlcoholInk around the image and fastened with flowers and brads.

I found the squid a bit lonely, thought about it for a while and made a haiku:

                                              Languishing, lonely
                                              squid floating in sea, needy
                                              for some company.

This is for challenge 7 at The Stamping Cottage
I used distress inkt mustard seed, peeled paint en tumbled glass for the colour challenge.
Stamps are  from Viva Las Vegas.

Made some backgrounds and finished the cards using Viva Las Vegas stamps, they are so fun to work with!

Relaxing in purple

Background is done using a technique with alcohol ink I learned  from Tim Holtz in his classes on Creative Chemistry 102.

Used a new stencil with raindrops and put Inkssentials Matte Accents on some of them.
The stamp is from Stampotique.

CAS

De 4e Stampotique uitdaging op Craftorij facebook is C(lean) A(nd) S(imple).

De scanner wil dat beetje kleur van de cirkel bij al dat wit niet pakken, dus dan maar een foto.
Alleen komt die er wat donker uit, maar de kaart is echt wit.
